These terms govern this website and the operator-only tools used to manage The UIUC Talkshow on YouTube. By authorizing or using the tools, you agree to these terms.

Purpose and access

The tools help the channel owner upload approved videos, apply titles and descriptions, set visibility, schedule releases, monitor processing, and avoid duplicate uploads. They are maintained for The UIUC Talkshow and are not offered as a public upload service.

Your authorization and content

You must have authority to access the connected YouTube channel and publish the supplied content. You retain ownership of your content. You authorize the tools to transmit that content and its metadata to YouTube solely to perform the requested channel-management actions.

YouTube terms and acceptable use

Use of the tools is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube API Services policies. You may not use the tools to violate law, infringe rights, bypass platform limits, misrepresent ownership, distribute malware, or interfere with YouTube or other users.

Availability and termination

The tools may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Access may be stopped if authorization is revoked, platform access is unavailable, or continued use would violate these terms or applicable platform policies. The channel owner may revoke Google account access at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and tools are provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform outages, processing delays, quota limits, or unauthorized use.
